9.  Can you use a pressure washer on a
     stucco surface?

Not recommended.  Pressure washers can develop 2000-4000 lbs of pressure per square inch and as such can chisel stucco right off the wall or cement right out of the sidewalk/driveway.  Every time you pressure wash stucco you reduce its lifespan.  At the very least it will get dirty more quickly….because you remove a lot of the cement from the finish and it becomes too porous.  Now dirt and water can soak in too easily…this too reduces the life of the stucco finish.  Pressure washers can be an ok method to deliver water or chemicals to the wall to clean it….but not to cut it away with the pressure of the machine….stucco can take a couple of hundred pounds of pressure at best….so real care is needed.
